I also use CBT techniques to help you overcome particular problems which you may be experiencing such as phobia, addiction or insomnia.
I also offer clinical supervision to Counsellors, Counsellors in training and other practitioners working in the helping profession. I offer positive/collaborative approach to your client work and help you to learn from your weaknesses and to develop your strengths in order to help your clients in the best way.
