Who could benefit from counselling?
You may have time in your life when you feel stuck and unsure of what to do next, either in your job, relationship or life in general. You may feel you are repeating patterns: the same arguments, the same work difficulties, the same unfulfilled dreams. This may bring on depression, addiction, anxiety or other overwhelming feelings. You may have experienced loss and would like to make sense of your life and new direction.
Counselling can offer you a caring and safe space to explore your own feelings about yourself and the situations you are experiencing. By allowing feelings to surface you will then be able to make new decisions based on your inner needs.
Some issues which clients bring to counselling:
• Anxiety,
• Bereavement
• Cultural issues
• Depression
