My background is Nurse Management (20 years). I began counselling training in 1998 and have undertaken extensive training. I am MBACP (accredited). Training has been in general counselling, C.B.T.(cognitive behavioural therapy), relationship counselling and family therapy. I am Relate and Cruse trained. My mission statemnent is to "empower clients to reach their full potential". This is acheived through working together finding new ways of coping with the difficult situation clients face. Clients can explore their difficulties in a safe, non judgemnetal environment.
