I offer Solution Focused, one-to-one counselling in Leeds. My service is professional and confidential as set out by the national guidelines of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I have over 8 years experience.
Face to face counselling can work well within a trusting environment and I seek to create that in a non-judgemental way for all my clients. My room is in a discrete location but still easily accessible.
For those with work commitments who cannot access the service during office hours, I offer telephone counselling on evenings & weekends.
I offer long term and short term work after discussion with potential clients about their needs from counselling. It may be that certain clients find personal results within a short space of time while others find that counselling continues much longer, the journey for everyone is always very different.
All potential new clients can have a free telephone consultation to decide if they wish to have ongoing sessions. My fees are £30 per hour, with reduced rates for students & the unwaged. Some clients however feel that they wish to begin straight away and sessions can normally be offered within one week from an initial enquiry.
