Counselling is a journey of self-discovery that can help us live with greater choice, happiness and freedom.

My name's Richard Askew. I'm an experienced integrative counsellor (integrating the person-centred approach, transactional analysis, existential perspectives, and systemic theory), and an associate trainer and group facilitator on a Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling Diploma course.

As well as working with individuals, I also offer specialist support for couples engaged in Collaborative Process or couples experiencing relationship difficulties.

My clinical practice is based at the Dialogue Centre, close to Seven Dials in Brighton, and I offer:

- Counselling for adults
- Couples counselling
- Skype and telephone counselling and coaching
- Life coaching

As a counsellor, I've been able to establish warm, safe, strong and - above all - effective relationships with individuals and couples of all ages and backgrounds, enabling them to make positive changes in their lives.

I can offer you a safe and confidential space to talk, heal and grow.

As your counsellor, we'll explore how your current difficulties may have evolved, how it affects your daily life, and how you would like things to change, and I will support you in your journey towards inner fulfillment, greater self-belief, and improved relationships.
