I offer one to one counselling to explore any issues you may have confidentially and in a safe and quiet environment. My counselling approach is integrative and at the initial session which is up to 60 minutes long, we will discuss your requirements and what you would hope to achieve from counselling. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long.

My practice is located in the south west of Bury St Edmunds. Some of the issues covered include bereavement & grief, depression, anger & anxiety, relationship issues and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and many more. To see them please feel free to visit my website.
