I am a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor (Dip couns BUCKS New University, MBACP), offering an empathic and non-judgemental counselling. I gently encourage you to draw on your own resources to work through issues. My way of working is influenced by my mindfulness practice and by 'Focusing', listening to the bodily felt sense.
My practice is based in central Brighton by the Pavilion at New Road Consultancy. Each session costs £35 and is 50 minutes long. The number of sessions can depend on the individual requirements of each client.
