Hillview is a private Counselling and Psychotherapy service. Help and therapy is offered for a range of difficulties including addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks, stress and trauma. I am trained in a range of counselling and psychotherapy techniques including Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a specialist trauma treatment. I also provide supervision to other EMDR therapists.
