I am a qualified and very experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor offering counselling and psychotherapy in both Central London and Langdon Hills, Essex.
I work with both individuals on a one-to-one basis, and with couples.

I work both long term, medium term and short term using a range of psychological models and theories including TA and CBT.

I also offer clinical supervision, both individually and in groups, to other counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees and those in related professions.

I am accredited by the UKCP & BACP. I hold a Msc, Advanced Diploma & Clinical Diplomas in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
